FHA loans are backed by the Federal Housing Administration and have lower down payment requirements, making them easier to qualify for low-to-moderate income buyers.<\/p><p>Here are a few things that will need to be repaired or replaced in order to get an FHA loan:<br \/><br \/>Replace Broken Window<br \/>Repair\/Replace Peeling Paint on houses built prior to 1978<br \/>Repair\/Replace Rotted Wood (Fascia or soffit)<br \/>Access to both attics and crawl spaces (if applicable) &#8211; Appraisers must do a head and shoulders inspection at minimum<br \/>Fix exposed wiring<br \/>With all FHA loans, there must be a heat source that is permanent.<br \/>Must have some type of cooling. Window units are allowed.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0c31c4c
